Qabbalat Shabbat with Senior Scholar Rabbi Bernard Mehlman

Please join us for a Qabbalat Shabbat service full of prayer, meditation, music, and a special conversation with Senior Scholar Rabbi Bernard H. Mehlman in honor of the newest edition of The Way of Humanity: According to Chasidic Teaching by Martin Buber, which he translated with Gabriel E. Padawer (z”l). Books will be available for purchase.

During the service, we will hear inspiring words from the book integrated into our prayer. Following the service, we will partake in a celebratory light dinner oneg with joyful stories to share honoring Rabbi Mehlman’s 60 years in the rabbinate. All are welcome!
