Preconceived is an award-winning, captivating film that sheds light on the rise of crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) that are a key part of a movement that strives to make abortion illegal and impossible. There are three times as many CPCs in Massachusetts as there are licensed abortion centers, including one in Brookline.

Preconceived follows the stories of two women, Maleeha in Texas and Maria in Colorado, whose searches to terminate their unplanned pregnancies misled them to anti-abortion centers. This is a must-see film for anyone who wants to be informed about the resources available during these current political times and a shifting legal landscape.

Babysitting will be offered for children in grade 1 and up. Registration is required. We will be joined by a representative from Reproductive Equity Now, who will be available to answer questions after the film.
