Volunteer with La Colaborativa Food Pantry (Community hit hard by ICE Raids)
Join Temple Israel as we volunteer to support the La Colaborativa Food Pantry. The Chelsea immigrant community is being heavily impacted by ICE Raids and there have been incidents of locals threatening immigrants in the area. TI is supporting the La Colaborativa community in this challenging time, and this is one way to do so. The food pantry runs between 8:00 AM (for set-up) until 12:30 PM and volunteers can arrive anytime in that window to support.
